**Job Title**:Business Development Manager****Location**: Remote in Mexico or Colombia**Start Date**: ASAP**Duration**:permanentWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our sales team at Fast Dolphin. As BDM, your primary responsibility will be to open new markets, bring in new prospects, and cultivate relationships with potential clients, primarily in the United States and Canada. This role plays a crucial part in our growth and success as a leading player in the IT staffing industry.**Key Responsibilities**:- Market Expansion: Identify and engage with potential clients, as well as explore new markets and opportunities to increase our client base and expand our market presence.- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and projects for our IT staffing services.- Reach Potential Clients: Use exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to engage potential clients effectively.- Tracking and Monitoring: Employ tools and techniques to track and monitor prospects' progress through the sales pipeline.- Contact Research: Identify key contacts within target organizations and gather relevant information.- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Marketing tasks: Promote the company’s services to prospective clients.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related field are preferred).- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, client acquisition and business development, with a strong track record of success.- Ability to generate new business.- Experience in using marketing strategies to promote services, create brand awareness and reach new potential clients.- General knowledge of IT areas/platforms. Have an idea of the most common ERPs, programming languages, cloud tools, etc.- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.- Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage and prioritize multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of effectiveness.- Proficient in tracking and monitoring prospects using CRM software or similar tools.- Strong research skills to identify key contacts within potential client organizations.- MS Office proficiency, primarily in Excel.- Social networks and SEO experience.**Soft Skills**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Motivation for sales- Negotiation and closing skills.- Time management and planning skills**Additional Qualifications (preferred)**:- Previous experience in the IT staffing industry is a significant advantage.- Knowledge of the IT staffing industry, including its trends, challenges, and best practices.- Familiarity with industry sourcing tools and platforms.- Portuguese language is a big plus.- Familiar with social networks posts, GoogleAds, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.**Other**:- Bilingual English & Spanish**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $1.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
