CEVA Logistics is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships within the logistics sector, focusing on both air and ocean services.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Professional, you will be at the forefront of our operations, delivering exceptional service to our clients while overseeing the flow of goods and performance monitoring. Your expertise in logistics will contribute to the efficiency of our processes and help us meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the fulfilment process.
Utilise logistics software to manage and analyse customer data, generating reports to inform decision-making.
Provide updates to customers on shipment status and other relevant information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Participate in training initiatives to enhance service skills and knowledge of logistics processes.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in customer service within the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
Proficient in using logistics management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to problem-solve effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to customer excellence and a keen attention to detail.
