Start your journey as a production group leader at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the production processes are executed efficiently, complying with quality, safety and time standards. Their role is critical in coordinating day-to-day operations, solving problems, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.

**Are You Looking to**:

**Are You Ready to**:

- Play an active role in problem solving, process improvement and adjustments.
- Implement activities to maximize equipment efficiency to meet the manufacturing plan/production schedule and budgeted equipment expectations.
- Execute operational responsibilities which include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks and pallet release duties.

**What You’ll Need**
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
