**German automotive company, located in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, is looking for a Finance Manager**

**Academic Level**: Bachelor degree

**Career: Accounting** / Finance or similar field
- **Languages: Fluent English**_

**Master Degree**:Desired Master in Finance

**Mandatory Experience**

5 to 10 years of experience in the area of finance and accounting
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget and continuously monitor the performance of the plan.
- Establish and maintain accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets
- Responsible for accounting activities: preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and cash flow report.
- Provide into the organization, the financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analysing variation from budget
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget and continuously monitor the performance of the plan.
- Responsible for system development and execution of financial areas of AP, A/R, Fixed Assets, Cost, Tooling
- Understanding of Mexican IEE and International Account Standards.
- Wide knowledge of legal requirements from the state of Nuevo Leon.
- Proven hands on experience with ERP-SAP System
