**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and update lead information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
