Production & Quality Supervisor

**We are looking for**:
As Production and Quality Supervisor you will be covering scheduled absences of production engineers, assuming full responsibility for the shift assigned to them; Provide support in the coordination of the implementation and monitoring of quality and HSE management systems. This position reports to QHSE Manager & Production Manager.

**We count on you for**:

- Promote and ensure the safe behavior of the personnel in charge, maintaining the safety of the processes at all times.
- Production on time with expected quality.
- Monitoring and control of key process indicators.
- Ensure compliance with budgeted consumption factors.
- Support in the implementation, certification and maintenance of quality and HSE management systems.
- Management of unionized/non-unionized personnel assigned to their shift.
- Assume the role of Emergency Response Commander and/or brigade leader(in the coverage of Production Engineers).
- Coordinate and participate in internal audits as an internal auditorrno.
- Follow up on corrective/preventive actions from internal and external audits, establishing root cause analysis.
- Provide training and education in management systems to the personnel involved.
- General responsibilities of Comprehensive Responsibility (IR).
- General Quality Responsibilities.

**You will bring**:

- Education: chemistry engineer or similar
- Languages: English C1
- Experience: 1 year in chemistry industry (desirable)
- Desirabel management systems knowledge - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Responsible Care
- Statistics and data analysis knowledge.
