Buscamos un Key Account Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en Marketing.

En esta posición, serás responsable de dar atención a los 5 centros de consumo, Fundación Real Madrid y Colegio.

Encargado(a) de gestionar relaciones estratégicas asi como diseñar y coordinar estrategias de marketing enfocadas en eventos, activaciones de marca y colaboraciones comerciales que impulsen la visibilidad y posicionamiento. Supervisa negociaciones con proveedores, optimiza presupuestos y asegura la correcta ejecución de campañas y eventos. Analiza resultados y tendencias para proponer mejoras que fortalezcan las alianzas, incrementen el retorno de inversión y garanticen experiências exitosas para los clientes.

**Formación**: Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración o afín.

**Experiência**:

- Mínimo 3-5 años en gestión de cuentas clave en marketing, preferentemente en centros de consumo (hoteles, restaurantes, bares, clubs).
- Experiência comprobable en organización y ejecución de **eventos, activaciones de marca y patrocinios**.
- Manejo y negociación con **proveedores, agencias y patrocinadores**.
- Desarrollo e implementación de **estrategias BTL** y marketing experiêncial.

**Habilidades**:

- Negociación, liderazgo de proyectos, comunicación efectiva y enfoque a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos dinámicos.

**Idiomas**: Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
