RHI Magnesita is looking for a Planning & Logistics Professional in Tlalnepantla, MX

The Planning & Logistics Prof. will assure that order confirmation it aligns with actual resources of production and raw materials in order to warranty conform products by Safety, Quality, Cost & Productivity. Likewise, Manage of Raw material, Supply, Stock and Crushing, Warehouse Spare Parts, Packaging, and Material for third parties.

The Planning & Logistics Prof. must manage of Shipment departments. High quality manages of supply chain link to Production, always looking for improvements and to warranty order fill & PIFOT KPIs.

This position report to the Head of Plants Mexico. The Planning & Logistics Prof. will travel both domestically and internationally with about 20% travel time.

**The Planning & Logistics Professional’s tasks include**:

- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain
- Optimization of resources
- Utilize the management system to meet established goals and objectives and drive continual improvement projects.
- Interact with an ERP system SAP module
- Gain knowledge of all planning areas to fully understand the bottle necks and efficiency impact of how the schedule is maintained
- Continuous development and optimization of transportation methods
- Lead through a communicative leadership style, with two-way communication and high employee engagement. Ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities, how they contribute to the total result and that they are recognized for performance.
- Alignments and negotiations
- Manage operational efficiencies, relationships, and day-to-day operations

**About you**

Do you have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related
- 2-4 years of planning and logistics experience in manufacturing environment
- Continuous improvement tools.
- High conversational English is a must
- Strong expertise in SAP is required
- Inventory management
- Production planning follow-up
- Leadership role high
- Management of personnel
- Management of conflicts
- Goals keeper and KPI control.
- Safety management thinking.
