This role is responsible for carrying out all the activities and analysis necessary for the company to comply with all tax obligations.
- Prepare monthly and annual federal tax calculations and report them to SAT.
- Prepare monthly and annual information returns and report them to SAT.
- Coordinate the tax refund process with SAT and address requirements
- Preparation and Analysis of Corporate Reports
- Be the main contact with tax advisors and auditors in everything related to taxes.
- Follow up on requirements from tax authorities, both state and federal.
- Review state tax calculations and annual revalidations.
- Support with the updating of financial reports, as well as support with the end-of-month process.
- Get involved and provide support in the Analysis and preparation of General Accounting and Electronic Accounting.
- Analysis of Accounting/Tax Reports.
- Provide support to Accounts Payable and Payroll for tax compliance in those areas.
- Review the account reconciliations of the balance sheet and ensure the integrity of the balances.

Experiência y requisitos
- University degree in public accounting, Finance or related field
- 4+ years experience in similar role in the maquiladora industry
- Fluent bilingual english/spanish communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge on state and federal tax laws and regulations
- Strong MS Office skills
