Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Prepare the annual tax declaration and monthly

taxes
- Attend all requirements from out tax authority
- Review and analyze the taxes calculation on

salaries
- State tax calculation
- Review vendor’s profile, to ensure the

compliance with our tax authority
- Control of assets and their depreciation
- Review the correct calculation of the Employee

participation in profits
- Send the electronic accounting to our tax

authority
- General accounting conciliation with our

accounting system to ensure the compliance with our tax authority
- Produce error-free accounting reports and

present their results
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve

efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice

on Management accountant
- Support month/quarter/year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and

accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ensure regulatory obligations are met in a

timely and accurate manner
- Create and manage reporting queries reports via

Excel based models
- Liaise with our Accounting manager to

improve financial procedures
- Understand and live by our ethics and code of

business conduct policies
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, even

when challenged
- Other duties as assigned

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Contpaq, Tress, SCA
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be a goal-oriented person who has the ability to meet

company/departmental goals and to adhere to company/departmental policies and

procedures.
- Exhibits a positive, proactive attitude with a sense of urgency; follows

through and gets things done with mínimal guidance
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work successfully with different personalities and

individuals with varying abilities and be able to communicate effectively with

employees from all levels of the organization.
- Excellent responsiveness and customer focus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and have the ability to meet strict

deadlines
