**Job Summary**

This role will be responsible for handling RFQs and RFPs, developing and managing the pricing models, rate cards and budget charts for our translation services. This role drives the development and implementation of pricing strategies, leads complex RFQ responses, and partners with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support revenue growth.

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**
- Own and lead the end-to-end pricing strategy and quote development for complex and high-value COA service opportunities
- Manage the process of responding to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and cost structures.
- Oversee and quality-check RFQ responses prepared by junior team member(s); provide guidance and mentorship to ensure consistency and excellence
- Develop, optimize, and maintain pricing tools, cost models, rate cards, and pricing libraries to support scalable quoting
- Conduct profitability and margin analyses to inform pricing decisions and improve overall commercial performance
- Lead cross-functional pricing discussion for strategic deals, ensuring alignment with operational capacity and client expectations
- Analyze market, competitor, and historical data to inform pricing strategy evolution and refine best practices
- Actively participate in the development of internal SOPs and workflows related to pricing, quoting and contracting
- Maintain all quote KPIs and reports and implement updates on a weekly basis.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or other directly related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contracts, proposals, pricing, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in localization or life science translation industry; or, equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of costing models on linguistic validation and localization
- Knowledge of how pricing systems integrate with other systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
