SERVICE DESK AGENT
DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to help users.
- Identifies, investigates, and investigates user questions and problems, as well as isolates and resolves information systems problems.
- Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.
- Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards them using appropriate escalation procedures.
- Guide the customer through the problem resolution process.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Basic network configuration
- Excel proficiency
- Ticket Creation (Service Now)
- VPN
- Active Directory
- Windows user settings
- Remote desktop troubleshooting
- Configuration of local and network printers
- Proficient in Outlook
- Basic knowledge of computer software
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
- Advanced knowledge of English (B2+)
- Typing skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Salary: $18,500 gross monthly pesos
