SERVICE DESK AGENTDESCRIPTION:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to help users.- Identifies, investigates, and investigates user questions and problems, as well as isolates and resolves information systems problems.- Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.- Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards them using appropriate escalation procedures.- Guide the customer through the problem resolution process.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE- Basic network configuration- Excel proficiency- Ticket Creation (Service Now)- VPN- Active Directory- Windows user settings- Remote desktop troubleshooting- Configuration of local and network printers- Proficient in Outlook- Basic knowledge of computer softwareSKILLS AND CAPABILITIES- Advanced knowledge of English (B2+)- Typing skillsWORKING CONDITIONS:- Salary: $25,000 gross monthly pesos- Benefits of law and superiors- Location: Col. Lagrange, San Nicolás de los Garza- Training hours are from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm- Schedule from Monday to Sunday with a 2-day break during the week, the operations work window is 24 hours, not rotating fixed hours.- Morning: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.- Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.- Night: 22:00 pm - 7:00 am.The schedule will be assigned by client and is set once they arrive at operations
