We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Technical Support Engineer**to join our dynamic IT team.
This role requires a problem-solving mindset and technical expertise to ensure smooth operations across our IT infrastructure. You will be instrumental in diagnosing issues, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation to support organizational growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, and hardware issues to minimize operational disruptions
- Address complex technical challenges efficiently, ensuring system reliability and uptime
- Identify and introduce IT solutions that enhance overall operational productivity
- Partner with stakeholders to deploy scalable and effective IT infrastructure across the business
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in System Engineering or a related role, with hands-on proficiency in Google Workspace administration in enterprise environments
- Expertise in deploying advanced Google Workspace security controls, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations across Workspace services
- Background in configuring and maintaining Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms like ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
- Skills in automation using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting, integrations, and bulk operations
- Familiarity with device management across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, leveraging MDM tools like Kandji and Intune
- Proficiency in implementing enterprise identity management solutions such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for streamlined user access
- Capability to deploy and manage unified communication solutions, including Google Meet hardware and software
- Background in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for system automation and integration
- Communication skills to effectively explain complex technical topics to varied audiences
**Nice to have**
- Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and implementation methodologies
- Background in enterprise identity management platforms like Okta
- Familiarity with advanced automation scripting for expanding IT functionality
