Como Profesional de Servicio al Cliente serás responsable de:

- Proveer un servicio al cliente de excelencia, brindando las mejores soluciones en tiempo y forma cumpliendo con nuestros estándares de calidad.
- Maximizar nuestros beneficios y servicios con la finalidad de mantener a nuestros clientes leales a la marca.
- Analizar el historial de gastos, tendencias y necesidades de nuestros tarjetahabientes con el fin de asegurar que cada interacción sea personalizada.
- Alcanzar metas preestablecidas de servicio y eficiencia.
- Cumplir de manera puntual con los horarios dentro de tu jornada.
- Atender un alto volumen de llamadas con un servicio extraordinario en cada interacción.

Salario: $10,574.00 al mes
