**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of relevant consulting experience in professional services, designing technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting
- 5+ years of experience with Cloud and cloud-based technologies (not limited to Salesforce platform but ideally Financial Services Cloud)
- 5+ years of experience with the Financial Services industry
- Expertise in one or multiple domains of Banking (retail, commercial, investment, mortgage lending and servicing), Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Vlocity OmniStudio (Good to have)
- Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect)
- OmniStudio Consultant (Good to have)

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Analysis**: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and clients, to gather and analyze business requirements. Understand the specific needs of financial institutions regarding customer relationship management, regulatory compliance, data security, and user experience.
**Solution Design**: Design comprehensive solutions using Salesforce Financial Service Cloud. This involves creating data models, defining user interfaces, and architecting business processes. Ensure that the design aligns with industry best practices and Salesforce guidelines.
**Customization and Configuration**: Customize Salesforce Financial Service Cloud by configuring standard Salesforce functionalities and developing custom features using Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language) and Visualforce (a markup language for user interfaces in Salesforce).
**Compliance and Security**: Address regulatory compliance requirements, data security concerns, and privacy issues specific to the financial services industry. Implement security controls, encryption, and access management features to safeguard sensitive financial data.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Clearly communicate technical solutions and concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.
**Quality Assurance**: Oversee testing processes to ensure that the Salesforce solution functions as intended. Conduct various testing types, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to guarantee quality and reliability.
**Documentation**: Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides. Maintain documentation to facilitate future enhancements and troubleshooting.
**Training and Support**: Provide training sessions to end-users and support teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud solution. Address user queries and provide ongoing support as needed.
