The opportunity

Our Human Resources department is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support to our Organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- This position ensures TC Energia has everything necessary for the entry of the human resources in the short term and long term.
- This position will work collaboratively with colleages across Mexico to ensure effective programs and practices are in place to address hiring the talent needs in our variour lines of business.
- Develop relationships and collaborate with business leaders to address staffing needs across the organization and create specific strategies to fulfill hire needs.
- Coach leaders on the hiring process and shares the status for their process.
- Ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.
- Ensure the elaboration digital and physical files of all new hires
- Other tasks related as required.

Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in Human Resources experience or an equivalent areas
- Solid understanding of Mexican employment laws and applicable practices;
- Undergraduate degree
- preferably in Human Resources; An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Demonstrates initiative and effective problem solving skills;
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong client focus is essential;
- Strong organizational skills required;
- Is a team player and collaborates effectively with others to achieve results;
- Ability to work independently with little direction and to manage multiple priorities;
- Is resourceful, can provide answers or solutions to hirings related queries from clients;
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers, business partners and outside agencies;
- Communicates appropriately both verbally and in writing, adapting to a variety of styles and circumstances,
- Demonstrates cultural sensitivity - is able to work in any community understanding cultural, political and other differences.
- Has the experience in the management of software to perform their functions.
- Experiences with Human Resources systems

Preferred qualifications
- Recent experience in a Human Resources function would be considered an asset;
- Recent experience with handling mass hiring would be considered an asset
