**What you will do?**
This position is part of the team supporting the Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) activity for all JCI Business Units. The position will support the Carrier Account Manager (CAM) positions within the Third-Party Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) company. Responsibility includes attending calls with key carriers along with the FAP Company’s CAMs, identifying carriers needing attention of the CAMs, managing the Spot Quote process, and ensuring financial/rating exceptions are cleared in a timely manner.

**How you will do it?**
- Attend calls with key carriers, and ensure resolution of issues are actioned
- Analyze aging to bring visibility to the CAMs of carriers needing attention
- First JCI point of escalation (from carrier, from FAP Company)
- Provide information to JCI Logistics Procurement for carrier MBRs, QBR’s
- Ensure the Spot Quote process is being followed by JCI Business Units, the carrier and the FAP Company
- Modify and/or enhance the Spot Quote process
- Address carrier responsiveness, ensure carriers are following the communications protocol
- Liaison with JCI Logistics Procurement for getting rate cards to the FAP company Cards (New, expired, updates)
- Ensure rating exceptions are cleared in a timely manner to avoid delays in carrier payments
- Along with the Compliance Analyst, reduce rating exceptions

**What we look for?**
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Operations Management or related Logistics field
- Demonstrated experience with Transportation providers, either working directly for a Transportation/Logistics company, or interacting with them on a regular basis
- Thorough knowledge of the Logistics industry, with experience in some of the following:

- Distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, import/export, supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with minimum mid level of Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization including written, verbal, and visual communications.
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
