**Bilingual Intake Specialist - On-Site Job in Guadalajara, Jalisco**

**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site - Not Remote)
**Schedule**: Full-Time | 5 Days per Week | In-Office
**Monthly Salary**: $13,000 - $16,000 MXN _(Based on English proficiency and experience)_
**English Level Required**: Advanced / Fluent

**Position Overview**

We are currently hiring a **Bilingual Intake Specialist in Guadalajara, Jalisco** for a **fully on-site position**. This role is ideal for professionals with strong English skills who enjoy structured administrative work and client communication.

As a **Bilingual Intake Specialist**, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls in **English and Spanish**, collecting essential information, and accurately entering data into our intake and case management systems.

**Important**: This is a **presential (on-site) position in Guadalajara**. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls in **English and Spanish** with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather accurate personal and case information.
- Enter data into CRM and intake systems with high attention to detail.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the intake process.
- Follow structured workflows and internal procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Advanced English level (spoken and written)** - salary depends on English proficiency.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment**.
- Comfortable multitasking while using multiple computer systems.
- Ability to work **on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco**.

**Preferred Experience**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in:

- Customer service
- Call center roles
- Administrative positions
- Intake or client support roles
- Experience with CRM systems or data entry preferred.
- Experience working with U.S.based companies or legal intake is a plus (not required).
