Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente (Customer Service)

**Ubicación**:
Zona Minerva, a 3 cuadras del Hotel Riu, Guadalajara

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en la rama económico-administrativa (preferente)
- Excel intermedio
- Gusto por la atención al cliente
- Tolerancia a la presión
- Buen trato y comunicación efectiva

**Actividades principales**:

- Seguimiento a la satisfacción del cliente
- Validar satisfacción y lealtad
- Aplicar encuestas de satisfacción
- Revisar estadísticas e identificar necesidades del cliente
- Dar seguimiento a errores en pedidos

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo mensual: $11,451.90 nominales.
- Bono de $3,000 a partir del 3er mes.
- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.
- Cotización al 100%.

**Horario**:
lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $11,400.00 - $14,400.00 al mes
