About the role:
We are welcoming a Time Services Specialist to handle Services processes, principles and guidelines for a small client group. - Provides day-to-day Time Services Delivery operations with compiling and entering time & attendance data, and reconcile errors to maintain accurate and complete time & attendance records.
- Ensures maintenance of all relevant time & attendance related data is correct and complete, as well as ensures compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guide-lines and other relevant internal acts.
- Performs country specific data consistency checks.
- Respects and follows the payroll calendar to prepare the necessary payroll inputs.
- Resolves time & attendance related queries and issues within the standard established time frames.
- Provides training to new associates on the use of the time and attendance system.
- Creates time & attendance reports for different stakeholders within organization, as well as supports implementation of new tools and systems.

This position is temporary for 11 months

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience in HR prefered in Time management or Payroll.
- Knowledge on local legislation especially Labor Relations Act related to working time.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical skills required.
- Experience in SAP system is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a complex and rapidly changing work environment and under time pressure to follow predefined deadlines
