Funciones del cargo
Soporte de segundo nível y contacto directo con el cliente en la operación
Atendimiento y seguimiento de tickets y solicitudes generados por cliente en diferentes plataforma.
Acompañamiento en salidas a producción de nuevos servicios o campañas de cliente
Realización de los TKT de fallas, documentación tickets y cierre
Tener experiência o conocimiento en las plataformas de seguimiento asignadas (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow y Help Desk).
Requerimientos del cargo
Educación: Estudiante de sexto semestre de Licenciado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones
Formación: Conocimientos en Redes, telefonía, conmutadas, Cloud
Experiência: 2 años de experiência como soporte de usuario final Help Desk en call center.
Disponibilidad para viaje
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes
