Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**Bring your leadership, passion, and Digital Imaging and Document Management technical expertise to elevate these critical platforms for PepsiCo. The Digital Imaging Services Sr Manager will lead a team of motivated employees to deliver next generation digital imaging solutions, leveraging OpenText, ABBYY, and Adobe and other state of the art technologies / platforms. The Digital Imaging Services team is providing needed capabilities for OCR, Invoice Management, and Document Management and Archiving for key PepsiCo programs such as PGT.The Digital Imaging Services Sr Manager will lead the global platform architecture and strategy, solution delivery, and sustain for Digital Imaging solutions at PepsiCo. This role will partner with CIO and Program teams across PepsiCo to understand capability needs and roadmaps, and enable them to fully leverage the functionality of the platform. This role will also work closely with Digital Imaging vendors such as OpenText and ABBYY to understand new offerings and influence product roadmaps for existing products.**Responsibilities**- Lead Digital Imaging Services team of 10 employee resources and 20+ Managed services resources provided by vendors from TCS, Cognizant, Verbella and ABBY.- Partner with PepsiCo IT leadership across large scale transformation programs such SAP PGT to deliver and sustain content capture, business workflow, and archival capabilities.- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define the digital imaging and content management north star for the enterprise. This position requires strong technical leadership and excellent communication skills.- Partner with Sector CIO teams to deliver digital imaging solutions with high quality while performing appropriate scope management.- Partner with CTO and Sector CIO teams to provide technical expertise on digital imaging platform capabilities- Oversee technical development and implementation of projects.- Providing technical leadership and support to software development and sustain teams- Accountable for the successful definition, launch and delivery of new document management initiatives- Define and communicates technical architecture and ideas that inspires others- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets and status reports- Recommends / takes action to direct the analysis of problems- Provides visibility to team impediments/risks and helps eliminate them- Communicates and collaborates broadly with IT stakeholders and business partners related to the projects.- Manage Vendor relationships (Cognizant, TCS, OpenText and IBM)Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- 10+ years of industry experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in solution delivery leadership role.- 10 years of experience in document management and digital imaging space with leading vendors including OpenText and ABBYY- 5 years’ Experience in enterprise level platform administration of systems that support large number of users.- Experience in managing global teams in different time zones across the world.- Enterprise ERP systems knowledge like SAP is a plus- Skills, Knowledge & Abilities- Results-oriented, technical leadership in enterprise software and technology industries- Passionate about delivering against tight timelines- Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization and lead cross functional teams to successful outcomes, including an ability to address complex situations into actionable plans- Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and people skills- Ability to organize, define charter, plan and create a team environment that will lead to a team motivated to deliver- Effective facilitation skills for participatory decision making**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your
