**Your new role**

As Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes for one site with multiple manufacturing processes, identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating contracts for the procurement of materials and supplies, monitoring market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, managing the supplier relationship ensuring quality, time delivery and costo-effectiveness, evaluating supplier performance and addressing any issues, overseeing inventory management to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory, maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier information and leading high performance teams introducing continuous improvement for the supply chain.

**What you´ll need**
- Bachelor´s Degree concluded.
- More than 8 - 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the purchasing department for manufacturing or FMCG companies.
- Extensive experience managing purchasing strategies, leading cost reduction negotiations and diversifying supplier base.
- Experience administrating procurement processes, ensuring inventory accuracy and handling critical material issues.
- Strong experience leading teams, working under pressure and developing continuous improvement strategies.
- Strategic leadership, negotiation abilities, communication skills and time management.
- SAP (Desirable).
- Advanced English.
