Transformation Project Management Coordinator
**Your Impact**
As Transformation Project Management Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
1. Align work plan & follow up with sponsors and division team
2. Use metrics to identify trends in project work and analyze their impact.
- Execution Indicators
- Mental/Physical Availability
- Financials
- Systems/Applications/Tools
- People/Change Management
- B2B DLM
- GTM Service levels
3. Identify the potential risks of the project and support on mitigation plan execution to minimize them.
4. Collaborate with team members to resolve variations from the project plan and direction.
5. Filter, consolidate and route requests from the regional sales team to support teams in the region and corporate
6. Support training deliverables in partnership with the Change Management office in defined locations and participate in communication and training rollout sessions.
7. Effectively communicate knowledge and/or commercial results to the sales strategy team and Regional Staff
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration or similar
Excellent communication skills (written/oral) in Spanish
3+ years of relevant experience (managing large projects/programs, portoflios)
Change Management Preferred
Project Management Preferred
Advance Microsoft Office Mandatory
Functional leadership
