**P&C Specialist**:

- Qualification/Training / Titulación/Formación: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related field
- Profile / Perfil: Experience in HR management, HR implementation projects, Excellent interpersonal, Global Mobility, communication skills, organised.
- Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nível: English (working proficiency) and Spanish (fluent).
- Experience / Experiência: 5 years

Your tasks:

- Preparation of payroll, personnel administration, medical insurance and follow-up of food cards, individual contracts and integration of personnel files;
- Recruitment;
- Carrying out the onboarding process for new recruits;
- Follow-up of welfare measures;
- Supporting processes with social security authorities and the Ministry of Labour;
- Implementation of administrative and ISOI processes;
- Preparation of staff documentation, letters of confirmation, documents;
Support of corporate processes and measures (internal communication, personnel cost control);- Elaboration of reports and area indicators;
- Management of VISAs to move the members of NXIS Brazil globally.
