Lead Salesforce Tester

We are searching for an experienced and outcome-focused **Lead Salesforce Tester** to join our Agile development team.

This role will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce testing, automation, and problem-solving to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions that align with business needs and improve user satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Be an integral part of the Scrum team and support its overall success
- Assess requirements from a testing perspective, provide time estimates, and propose efficient testing approaches
- Define and document comprehensive test cases tailored to project objectives
- Conduct manual testing for features not yet automated
- Collaborate with developers to interpret test outcomes and troubleshoot issues
- Create automated testing frameworks and regression suites for Salesforce customizations
- Balance manual and automated testing based on project timelines and scope
- Offer insights about testability during requirement analysis discussions
- Verify configurations, integrations, and customizations in Salesforce to ensure alignment with specifications
- Advance testing practices to drive continuous improvement within the organization

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing with a focus on Salesforce
- Expertise in Salesforce testing and implementing automated solutions for customizations
- Proficiency in creating test automation scenarios using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman
- Background in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Docker, with the ability to integrate testing into pipelines
- Strong understanding of both manual and automated testing strategies, adaptable to business needs
- Competency in defining strategies, plans, and environments for complex Salesforce testing

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with managing collections in Postman and developing manual test suites
- Knowledge of tools such as Swagger, Salesforce Workbench, and Rally Software
- Understanding of Salesforce automation processes and Spock
- Expertise in Docker and Groovy for testing workflows and setting up environments
- Flexibility to use advanced techniques for load testing and modern automation strategies
