**Core Responsibilities**:
- Provide support of global audit teams on audit planning, risk assessments, and special requests;
- Main point of contact for Mexico and South America audit teams; provide support to other regions, as necessary;
- Maintain GAO metrics on risk coverage and audit performance;
- Assess risks using global risk management process ;
- Support global GAO budget and forecast process;
- Willingness to learn data analytics; and
- Support ad-hoc requests.
**Preferred Skill Set**:
- English proficiency (written and verbal);
- This position requires someone self-motivated, with the ability to take responsibility for key assignments, and who can operate with mínimal supervision;
- A personable team player able to maintain collaborative and positive relationships with a diverse and geographically dispersed team, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and candidly in both verbal and written form;
- Strong time management skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Prior internal control experience is desirable but not essential;
- Has experience of & is comfortable engaging with senior management and at all levels across the business;
- Able to demonstrate that you have actively grown your skillset and been proactive in your
- personal development;
- Proven track record of implementation of new ideas, processes, transformation ;
- Has an intellectual curiosity - this is not a job of routine tasks but one of continuous process improvement;
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, flexibility, and ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities including tight deadlines.
