Warehouse Staff A. From receiving orders from sales to delivering quality products, the process involves sales, production management, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality control, and warehousing. B. Handle sales FO/PO information, PM new model information, arrange production, shipping, closure of production orders, clearance of bonded raw materials and components, and integration and tracking of obsolete materials caused by changes in orders from the sales support department. C. Schedule the most suitable production plan to meet customer demands; fully understand the status of materials, work-in-progress, and production, promptly address deviations from the production plan, and coordinate with various units. D. Development and implementation of material requirement plans. E. Control of obsolete materials and finished products. F. Receipt and storage of materials, and management of inventory materials. G. Issue materials according to production plans. H. Material distribution according to production plans and calling for and distributing JIT materials. I. Receipt and storage of defective and scrapped materials. J. Receipt and storage of manufactured products, and management of inventory products. K. Packaging of shipments according to PE packaging specifications. L. Loading shipments onto shelves according to shipping schedules arranged by shipping. M. Monthly inventory of finished products/materials and annual mid-/end-of-year customs inventory. N. Management of finished product/material ledgers. O. Receipt of production orders, dismantling of packaged materials, and scheduled delivery of materials.
Experiência y requisitos
A. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major unrestricted. B. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management in relevant industries in Mexico. experience in TV manufacturing is a plus. C. Diligent and responsible worker with strong execution skills and excellent communication abilities, using SAP and WMS system is plus. D. Must to be Bilingual Spanish and English ( English Level 80% ) E. Speaking Chinese and interested in Chinese culture is a plus
