**CS Finance & Small Holders Assistant**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting in managing compliance program and sales operations such as conciliations and sales reports, monitoring and supporting the control of processes related to commercial programs (conciliations).
- Liaising with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties related to sales operations.
- Providing support for managing distributor contracts, including enrolling or removing them.
- Supporting internal processes for purchasing materialsand providing general support to marketing to ensure timely resources for projects.
- Administrative assistance: Expense reports, booking meetings and events, travel planning support.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree: Finance, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or similar.
- At least 3-5 yrs experience.
- Proficient English level, both written and spoken.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Customer centricity, proactive, adaptable to challenging environments.
