Asegura la creación de pronósticos de material a lo largo de un horizonte o ventana de tiempo que se utilizará para fines de ordenamiento de los componentes a utilizar.
- Asegura la entrega oportuna de productos, servicios y suministros para mantener las líneas de producción corriendo todo el tiempo.
- Trabaja con el departamento de cadena de suministro del corporativo en contratos y tareas de materiales centralizados, para satisfacer las necesidades internas y externas de los clientes.
- Asegura que se den los níveles correctos de inventario de los materiales, evitando excedentes y cortos de los mismos a través del sistema AX y Kan Ban, para obtener el objetivo anual de vueltas de inventario.
- Evalúa opciones sustentables de materiales y busca su implementación en el proceso.
- Asegura que los requerimientos diarios y semanales de producción, sean programados de manera adecuada y secuencial para ayudar a maximizar las máquinas y el personal programado para cubrir la demanda.
- Asegura y coordina con producción la demanda vs capacidad, para sugerir modificaciones de la cantidad de gente o turnos necesarios para cumplir con la carga de trabajo,
- Monitorea con ingeniería los estudios de capacidades, para mantener la carga de trabajo en relación con la capacidad obtenida de las celdas de producción.
- Asegura y mantiene el control de inventarios de manera confiable.
- Asegura el correcto surtimiento de los materiales a las líneas de producción cuando este sea requerido.
- Coordina el proceso operativo del inventario físico anual, desarrolla la estrategia y el proceso de inventario.

Perfil requerido:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afin.
- Ingles avanzado
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad 100% presencial
- 3 años de experiência como Jefe de Materiales o Gerente de Materiales.
- Conocimientos de Sistemas de Administración y Control de Materiales en Industria Manufacturera
- Conocimientos de Sistemas de Planeación y Control de Producción
- Conocimientos de Sistemas de Compras
