Visión general:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for provide timely and effective clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets also serves as a backup for the invoicing and order entry when its need it.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Download in SAP MX and SAP Germany : LATAM, GROHE LATAM, OPEN ORDER File, copy-paste, VLOOKUP up to prepare Latam Report
- Prepare Back order Report - weekly metric - upload BO SKUs in Availability Tool in CITRIX
- Prepare ship documents to ship invoice, packing, letter - print, stamping and create ups tracking
- Follow and update the UPS Tracking report
- Follow and update the shipments UPC, AF, SEA if is in transit or was already received according ETA
- Create Latam customer order report by market with the order status and send to sales representative.
- Double check LIXIL Invoice creation - capture in MIGO Report the Purchase order
Requisitios:
- Post-secondary education with preference on administration experience.
- 1-3 Years of customer service experience and account management preferred.
