Executives demonstrate skills and knowledge in the area of renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer
negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams. If you’re looking for a new challenge, on a

As a Customer Renewals Executive (CRE), you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal execution
through partnership with the extended SAP account team. You are responsible for interfacing reactively with low
- touch volume partners on SAP’s behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.
You will be responsible for representing SAP and will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases
revenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth. We promote a culture of open dialogue and
continuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within the
business.
Renewal Execution Tasks:
- rovide end-to-end renewal execution support; maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, product
portfolio and entitlement metrics, and support on transactional steps related to renewals and
replacements.
- everage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.
- ossess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.
- nderstand and deploy negotiation methods that are mutually beneficial to SAP and the customer.
- nowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.
- ngage with partners and SAP account team reactively to address their renewal needs.
- anage volume pipeline to ensure the proper automation and digitalization of the renewals.
The Customer Renewal Center’s mission is to reach #Quest4Zero each quarter: ZERO churn, ZERO lost, and

Requirement for individuals to be located within CRC Service Delivery Center(s) and adhere to SAP’s
Return-to-Office policy.
Experience & Educational Requirements
Experience & Language Requirements
- Experience in a customer/partner facing role with ability to influence different stakeholders using strong
relationship and communication skills.
- Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals.
- Ability to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented.
- Communicate clearly both orally and in written form and proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Spoken and written English and Spanish. Portuguese is optional.
