If you’re looking for a new challenge, on agrowing, impactful, and supportive team, the Customer Renewal Center is the place for youAs a Customer Renewals Executive (CRE), you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal executionthrough partnership with the extended SAP account team. You are responsible for interfacing reactively with low- touch volume partners on SAP’s behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.You will be responsible for representing SAP and will be empowered to know all internal process-related phasesrevenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth. We promote a culture of open dialogue andcontinuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within thebusiness.Renewal Execution Tasks:- Provide end-to-end renewal execution support; maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, productportfolio and entitlement metrics, and support on transactional steps related to renewals andreplacements.- Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.- Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.- Understand and deploy negotiation methods that are mutually beneficial to SAP and the customer.- Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.- Engage with partners and SAP account team reactively to address their renewal needs.- Manage volume pipeline to ensure the proper automation and digitalization of the renewals.The Customer Renewal Center’s mission is to reach #Quest4Zero each quarter: ZERO churn, ZERO lost, andZERO slipped renewals. We look forward to talking with YOU about how you can build this culture of successwith usRequirement for individuals to be located within CRC Service Delivery Center(s) and adhere to SAP’sReturn-to-Office policy.Experience & Educational RequirementsExperience & Language Requirements- Experience in a customer/partner facing role with ability to influence different stakeholders using strongrelationship and communication skills.- Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals.- Ability to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems.- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented.- Communicate clearly both orally and in written form and proven ability to build strong relationships.- Spoken and written English and Spanish.
