About the Job
- Collaborate closely with financial planning, controlling, accounts receivable, sales finance, and corporate teams to ensure the accurate and timely support for all assigned areas. As well as in the management of Sales Dilution programs.
- Prepare and maintain management reports to inform state of the business such as customer profitability, monthly actual comparisons, volume summary, price implications, gross margin levels, etc.
- Ensure proper documentation and control of discount plans through the implementation and use of the ServiceNow tool.
- Review and analyze financial data, ensuring it is accurately reflected in financial statements.
- Collaboration with business partners to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on financial metrics.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, corporate finance, accounting) and external partners (auditors, consultants).
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to optimize procedures.
- Train and support team members on the use of ServiceNow.

About You

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, (experience in retail or a multinational company is a plus).
- Knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP is a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and financial tools.
- Prior experience implementing financial management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, corporate finance, senior management) and external stakeholders (auditors, consultants).
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining finance and accounting concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion, particularly the implementation of new tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial results and issues to senior management and non-financial audiences.
- English advanced level is required.

Decision-Making & Accountability:

- Accountable for ensuring that all commercial programs are documented and shared with accounting timely and accurately.
- Responsible for the correct documentation and control of discount plans via ServiceNow, ensuring audit-readiness and compliance.

Interaction & Communication:

- Collaborates closely with financial teams (controlling, accounts receivable, sales finance), sales departments, and corporate teams across different regions.
- Regular interaction with senior management to report on status of assigned areas and provide strategic insights.
- Coordinates with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
- Works cross-functionally with teams within Levi Strauss & Co., influencing and negotiating when necessary.
