El customer experience manager es un especialista en la atención y servicio al cliente,enfocado en crear la mejor experiência e identifica las necesidades de los clientes y áreas de oportunidad.
**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:
1. Crear estrategias de comunicación centradas en el cliente “customer centric”
2. Colaborar y alinear los esfuerzos entre áreas
3. Medir y optimizar la experiência del cliente en canales digitales
4. Implementar herramientas y procesos para medir la satisfacción del cliente
**INDICADORES DE MEDICIÓN DE DESEMPEÑO**:
1. NPS
2. Life time value
3. Contracargos y mediaciones integradore
**OFRECEMOS**:
Sueldo de los $13,000 a los $15,000
Prestaciones de ley
