**Executive Assistant to CEO Job Description**

The ongoing responsibilities would entail providing high-level administrative support to an executive while also handling a significant portion of basic HR functions like recruitment assistance, employee record maintenance, onboarding support, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies, often requiring strong organizational skills and familiarity with HR practices.

**Ongoing Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Administration**:

- Managing executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling complex travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

**HR Support**:

- Onboarding new employees, including paperwork processing and orientation
- Maintaining employee records and personnel files
- Managing employee leave requests and time tracking
- Facilitating employee benefits enrollment and communication
- Handling basic employee relations issues, including addressing concerns and escalating as needed
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company HR policies

**Potential Additional Duties**:

- Coordinating training programs
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Maintaining HR databases and systems
- Preparing HR reports and metrics

**Calendar Management**:

- Proactively managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely reminders are sent to all attendees.
- Communication Management:
**Travel Arrangements**:Organize domestic and international travel plans including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing itineraries.

**Meeting Coordination**:Prepare meeting agendas, gather relevant materials, coordinate conference room logistics, and take detailed meeting minutes.

**Document Management**:Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are readily accessible.

**Expense Reporting**:Track and submit expense reports for the executive in accordance with company policies.

**Office Administration**:Manage office supplies, coordinate with IT for technical support, and oversee basic office maintenance.

**Project Support**:Assist the executive with various projects by researching information, compiling data, and preparing presentations.

**Gatekeeping**:Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing access to the executive's time.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
