**Responsabilidades**:
- Diagnosticar y Resolver los tickets de soporte que se le asignen en tiempo y forma.
- Dar seguimiento a los clientes con una comunicación puntual y clara.
- Proponer mejoras prácticas de desarrollo para eficientar el soporte.
- Realizar pruebas de funcionalidad y calidad.
- Hacer un rastreo preciso de sus tiempos de ejecución.
**Requisitos**:
- Nível de estudios: ingeniería en computación, o afin
- Software: Postman. GitHub. Google Suite. Jira, Microsoft Proyect. Paquetería de Office
- Experiência: 2 años o más.
- Idioma: inglés avanzado.
**INDISPENSABLE**:
- Experiência brindando un soporte y atención al cliente excepcional.
- Experiência en soporte de software.
- Dominio de los lenguajes:HTML, CSS.
Por lo menos 2 años de experiência con los frameworks:
- Bootstrap
- ReactJS
- AgularJS
- NodeJS
- NextJS
**DESEABLE**:
Experiência en
- Herramientas de eCommerce.
- Soporte a Webjobs e integraciones vía API REST
- Conocimeinto de Salesforce Commerce Cloud y el Framewor SFRA
- Creación y lectura de archivos XML

- Capacidad de análisis.
