**Job Summary**

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will nurture leads and contacts via outbound communication strategies in an effort to help them seamlessly access capital and improve their credit profile.
- This role is based in Mexico City, and operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of office-based and remote work._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set-up campaigns and automated journeys to increase conversion across sales, marketing, member success, and loan servicing funnels
- Manage contact databases to maximize deliverability, relevance, and engagement with each segment
- Implement monthly sunset policies
- Ensure contact info, segment data and delivery permissions are properly syncing between systems
- Build and maintain accurate reports to optimize user journeys and message deliverability
- Analyze campaign or automated journey performance to offer recommendations on how to improve performance
- Audit lead/contact counts and data synchronization
- Set up Pop-ups and other Forms for capturing subscribers on Blog

**Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and an ability to analyze campaigns.
- Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo, AutoPilot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Hubspot.
- Previous experience using CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Hubspot.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred) for both written and spoken communication.
- Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per month
