**Qualifications**:
- Título universitario en: Ingeniería Mecánica, Robótica, Automatización o Mecatrónica. Experiência: 2 años de experiência en diseño y/o desarrollo de negocios, soporte de ingeniería. Experiência y capacidad para trabajar de cerca con los clientes. Familiaridad con equipos de automatización o ensamblaje e industria. Nível de idiomas: Inglés intermedio-Avanzado
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsable de brindar soporte de ingeniería a los clientes, referente a medidas/ estándares de componentes electrónicos y de automatización para la industria de manufactura. Asi mismo participa activamente en proyectos relacionados con la gestión para el crecimiento del negocio. Creación de BOM/números de parte de productos de la competencia, creación de una tabla de referencia cruzada y base de datos. Asistencia en proyectos de mejora de nuestro E-Catálogo (Ejemplo: reporte de errores, traducciones, corrección de nombres y descripciones). Asistencia en la creación de contenido para el E-Catálogo (Ejemplo: Nuevos contenidos, actualización de información y lanzamiento de nuevos productos). Asistir con tareas especiales como investigación de productos, investigación de clientes, investigación de mercados y presentación de los hallazgos. Apoyar las actividades de marketing con conocimientos técnicos (Ej. Nombres de productos, descripciones, dudas simples).
