Position purpose: _**Carrier Sales Representative provides solutions to client’s current and prospective customers while coordinating with our Operations, Logistics, and Sales Departments.

**Responsibilities**:
- **
- Negotiate, match, and assign available equipment with available freight
- Track and coordinate Pickup and Delivery Appointments
- Source and procure truckload carrier capacity to fulfill customer freight requirements.
- Establish and maintain carrier relationships to expand future capacity opportunities.
- Keep up to date knowledge of current freight market conditions
- Provide support to Operations by ensuring daily freight is covered. Perform the necessary order entry into TMWSuite for visibility of freight to operations staff in Superior, WI.
- Provides assistance to Sales Team on lane inquiries and information requests. Assist Logistics in increasing volume
