**What will you be doing?**

**Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00-16:00**
- Bring on new carrier relationships to cover live loads
- Create lasting relationships with vendors and carriers for our established lanes, working on creating contracts to secure long term relationships
- Qualifying the safety and insurance of all new carriers that they bring on
- Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers and the internal sales team to ensure maximum profitability
- Coordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipment
- Consistently provide service and support to motor carriers in an effort to build the business relationship

**_ Who you are:_**
- Excellent English communication skills, using both oral and written.
- At least 6 months of sales experience
