**Job Title**: Customer Success Specialist
**Location**: Ciudad de México (Híbrido, 2 días a la semana en oficina)
**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through product setup and best practices.
- Proactively identify customer challenges and work to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor customer health metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of experience in **Customer Success** or similar roles.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English, B2 or C1 level).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
