**About the Role**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Compliance and Finance Executive** to help our U.S. operations run seamlessly. In this role, you’ll ensure that contractor onboarding, timesheet management, and invoicing processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with U.S. employment standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with our finance, compliance, and sales teams across the U.S. and UK to make sure every placement runs smoothly from start to finish.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Verify and collect compliance documents (IDs, work permits, contracts).
- Track timesheets, invoices, and contractor payments.
- Communicate with contractors to resolve questions about timesheets or payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prevent overdue invoices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are compliant.
- Generate compliance and reporting updates to keep everything running smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, finance, or operations (staffing or professional services preferred).
- Strong Excel and CRM skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Confident communicator with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with teams across time zones (U.S. & UK).
