**Descripción del empleo**
- Recibe el control del proyecto/contrato o servicio y se presenta con el cliente como el punto de contacto.
- Revisa la orden de servicio acorde a la oferta y toma posesión de las consultas que se pueden manejar en primera línea sobre el alcance del servicio.
- Es responsable de la creación de clientes en sistema. Por lo que, recibe, consolida y gestiona la documentación para alta en el sistema correspondiente. Si no se cuenta con toda la información, se encarga de conseguirlo directamente con el cliente
- Mantiene al cliente informado sobre el progreso del servicio, así como recibir, resolver dudas y trasferir casos en situaciones necesarias.
- Seguimiento y envió de entregables (auditoria, consultoría, informes de ensayo o inspecciones) al cliente según aplique.
- Envía la documentación completa a finanzas para la facturación.
- Realiza la provisión de gastos de los servicios ejecutados.
- Solicita la PO al área administrativa para pago a subcontratados.
- Mantiene y da seguimiento a los clientes que se encuentran en backlog comercial. Responsables de derivar con el área comercial cualquier nuevo requerimiento.
- Envió de encuesta de satisfacción.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura, ingeniería, técnico o a fin en Administración de empresas.
- Mínima de 1 año en actividades administrativas de atención al cliente.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Manejo de paquetería office.
