**Objetivo del puesto**:
El Operations Specialist será el encargado de facilitar la coordinación de los procesos entre los diferentes usuarios de Qualifinds con el objetivo de asegurar su felicidad y buena experiência y al mismo tiempo que los procesos sean eficientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Abrir canales de comunicación, ya sea por Whatsapp o Slack, con los clientes
- Prospección, seguimiento y onboarding de nuevos usuarios
- Comunicación con los usuarios asegurándote de cerrar los procesos en tiempo y en forma siempre cuidando la calidad.
- Documentación de perfiles de puesto
- Envió de invitaciones a entrevistas agendadas
- Uso del ATS (Applicant Tracking System) para publicación de las posiciones, dar de alta usuarios y mantener actualizada la plataforma
- Publicaciones en redes sociales
- Generación de estadísticas sobre los procesos
- Mantener actualizado y retroalimentado los archivos de control y organización que utilizamos

**Requerimientos**:

- Recién graduado o en su último semestre de la carrera
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiência previa en donde hayas demostrado liderazgo, puede ser algún emprendimiento propio o alguna actividad extracurricular de la universidad.
- Con muchas ganas de aprender y abierto a realizar nuevas actividades
- Autogestionable

**Beneficios**

**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm (flexible basado en resultados)

**Modalidad**: Contractor, Tiempo completo

**Sueldo**:$10,000 a $12,000 netos mensuales
