A high level of customer orientation completes your profile. - Your overall mission will be to secure the growth and management of certain products of our diverse portfolio. You will be part of the Product Marketing team and work closely with other Product Managers with an active ownership of diverse products. Your mission is to make sure that we expand our value proposition with increased sales, supporting our Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) and General Industry (GI) strategies, as well as our product portfolio. - Main responsibilities will be: - Drive product launches on new products - Manage the price positioning of the product portfolio - Empowering the sales organization to gain knowledge on the area - Follow the Product Marketing Plan and strategies - Be the main point of contact towards Product Company - Analyze numbers and segments to deploy marketing strategies - Become the product expert of the assigned products - Train sales force on the use of new and mature products **Experience needed**: - Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic or other engineering - 1-3 years’ experience in areas related to sales, marketing and/or product management - Fluency in English is a must, written and spoken. - Communication skills: To train, Demonstrate or expose products to our customers and sales force - Teamwork and leadership to promote products - Capability to travel (national) > 50% of the time - Advanced usage of Microsoft Office Package: Excel, Power Point, Word - Basic knowledge on Power BI - Medium knowledge on CRM (SalesForce) - Basic-Medium knowledge on Assembly systems (tightening systems) it’s a plus **Competences** - Quick thinking, diligent person who can concentrate on several tasks simultaneously. - Flexible and ready to handle changes. - Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Able to quickly assess the risks and priorities in the implementation. - High degree of ownership, initiative and intellectual curiosity. - Fast learner - Curious to learn and understand product technical details **Life is in the Details** BeaconMedaes has been the center of the medical gas world for more than 60 years.
