**How you'll contribute**:

- Manage the end-to-end order to cash process and identify and implement system and process improvements
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of orders on a monthly basis. Review submitted order forms for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Analyze and organize large data sets across multiple systems
- Coach and mentor team members on order-to-cash processes and partner with cross-functional groups (i.e., deal desk, revenue operations and sales) to drive best practices and scalable order-to-cash processes
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, maintain a high degree of accuracy, and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Implement and oversee internal control activities related to order-to-cash processes
- Manage the preparation of external audit deliverables
- Support ad-hoc requests for billings and collections forecasting, and internal company metrics

**Who you are**:

- 5+ years of experience in an billings & collections lead/manager role at a SaaS company
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, data driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interface with all levels of the organization
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement in yourself and your team
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask
- Strong systems knowledge with experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and Microsoft Excel preferred
