**Objetivo general del puesto**:Responsable de Desarrollo, Gestión y Coordinación de los proyectos tecnológicos de la Gerencia de Innovación y Transformación Digital, asà como la generación de propuestas innovadoras relacionadas a las necesidades del mercados, cumpliendo con los altos estÃndares de calidad de Macmillan Education y Ediciones Castillo.

**Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales**
- LÃder de los proyectos de Edtech
- Desarrollo de software para idear soluciones digitales de la organización y un enfoque centrado en el cliente / usuario (UX / CX)
- Desarrollar nuevos recursos, aplicaciones y soluciones digitales educativas y organizativas.
- Asistir en la definición del alcance y objetivos del proyecto, involucrando a todos los interesados '‹'‹relevantes y asegurando la viabilidad técnica.
- Desarrollo de Font end y Back end de la gerencia de innovación y transformación digital
- Mantener actualizados y documentados los sitios, recursos y aplicaciones web.
- Garantizar la calidad de las funcionalidades y los productos digitales de la gerencia de innovación
- Asegurar que todos los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del alcance y dentro del presupuesto.
- Coordinar proyectos y colaboradores y proveedores digitales externos para la ejecución impecable del proyecto.
- Coordinar el desarrollo e integración de Recursos digitales en plataformas educativas
- Gestionar los cambios en el alcance del proyecto, el cronograma del proyecto y los costos del proyecto utilizando técnicas de verificación apropiadas.
- Gestionar con éxito la relación con el cliente y todas las partes interesadas.
- Realizar la gestión de riesgos para minimizar los riesgos del proyecto.
- Proponer soluciones innovadoras para los recursos digitales

**Habilidades y experiência requerida**
- Esencial: _
- Titulado de Licenciatura o IngenierÃa en Sistemas, TecnologÃas de Información o carreras afines.
- Ideal MaestrÃa en gestión de TI o afines.
- Nível de inglés C1 (hablado y escrito)
- IOS Conocimientos en programación orientada a objetos: Java, Jquery, PHP, MYSQL, Sistemas Linux, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, Framework Laravel, administración web, JAVASCRIPT, Backbone, GIT y REACT, Conocimiento de software de anÃlisis estadÃsticos.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño grÃfico
- Al menos 7 años de experiência en proyectos de Edtech.
