**Manager Wholesale Credit Strategy**

**Role Purpose**

Coordinar, administrar e implementar proyectos relacionados con los sistemas de crédito Globales y/o Locales, buscando otorgar a los usuarios herramientas seguras que faciliten el análisis, control y seguimiento de las propuestas de crédito, así como de las operaciones de crédito tradicional. Administración y control de las Bases de Datos generadas por los Sistemas de Crédito. Participar en la implementación de los requerimientos regulatorios locales y Globales. Coordinar y brindar soporte productivo y solicitud de acceso a los usuarios

**Main activities**:

- Coordinar la implementación de los proyectos relacionados con los sistemas de crédito locales (Líneas III, Garantías, Reservas de Crédito, Seguridad Corporativa) y Globales (CARM, DRR).
- Atención y capacitación a usuarios respecto del uso de las herramientas locales y de Grupo. Actualización de los manuales y guías de usuario.
- Participación e interacción en los foros y grupos de trabajo Globales. Control de presupuesto asignado a los proyectos.
- Cumplir con planes de trabajo de cada proyecto, coordinar a todas las áreas involucradas e identificar posibles riesgos que puedan afectar el desarrollo o implementación de los mismos.
- Motivar al equipo de trabajo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados
- Habilidades de negociación para lograr los objetivos de cada proyecto en su interacción con diversas áreas.
- Atención de auditorías externas e internas y actividades de control Interno.

Experiência KAM

Excelente comunicación

Trabajo bajo presión

Conocimientos en SAS y Python

Disponibilidad de horario para atender sesiones con otros países
